Question: What is meeppl? Does it REALLY work?
Answer: YES!! meeppl is a mobile application that notifies you when your favorite celebrities are online. We monitor multiple social media platforms. We let you know instantly when your favorite celebrity posts. We also tell you when they were last online.

Question: Who made this app and why?
Answer: meeppl was made by fans for fans just like you. We realized that when we replied right after a celebrity posted online our chances to be seen were much higher. Once we started to get seen we knew others would love to have the same chances as us and a better chance than anyone else not using meeppl.

Question: Can you tell me when a Celebrity is online if they don’t post and are just reading tweets or messages.
Answer: No sorry. That is technically impossible and 100% illegal. We give you the next best thing, and it’s much better than the standard notification services in these other social media platforms. We make it easy.

Question: I am getting WAY TOO MANY notifications, how do I get it to stop?
Answer: There are a few ways we’ve added to give you some peace and quiet. You can silence individual celebrities, you can silence individual themes, and you can silence all notifications under settings in the app.

Question: What do the different colors mean? Green, Yellow and Grey?
Answer: That is our way to visually tell you when a celebrity is online. Green lets you know that they are online, Yellow tells you that they were just online, and Grey means they are no longer online.

Question: What are the numbers and hours/minutes next to the celebrity.
Answer: We have two sets of numbers. A notification count that tells you how many new notifications there are since you last viewed that celebrity. The minutes and hours tell you when the celebrity was last online. If the time says 20m then that celebrity was online 20 minutes ago.

Question: Can I add friends and other celebrities that are not currently in meeppl?
Answer: Yes. Under the main menu click Friends. From there you can add specific Twitter ID’s. It’s a great way to stay in touch!

Question: Can I request to have a new celebrity added to meeppl?
Answer: Yes you can. We have 3 major requirements. One, the celebrity has to be a Twitter verified account. This is how we make sure this is the official account for the celebrity. We also work hard to make sure that more ‪#‎superfans‬ like you would be interested in the celebrity we’re adding. meeppl only ads celebrities that are family and age appropriate. We will not add any adult, or mature content.

Question: I added a celebrity and I was not notified when they were online.
Answer: Please check that you have all your notifications enabled. We also silence notifications if you have not logged in to the app in the last 6 hours. We do however increase the “badge count”. This is the number over the app icon so you know you have pending notifications. This is all reset once you go in to the app.

Question: I see A LOT of comments, retweets and favorites. Some of the comments are really amazing. But are they real?
Answer: YES!! We do not and will not ever pay to have people like our app. We do promote our app so new users can find it, but that’s it. Everything is above board!

Question: If I have any more questions or comments what is the best way to contact you?
Answer: We have added a support and feedback section under settings in the app. These messages go the owners of the app and you are guaranteed that someone will not only read it but also reply (may take a bit as we sometimes have a lot of requests)
